Cliff Song£395
Currently on view at No.2 Blossom Street Gallery, York A sculptural piece capturing the quiet movement of seabirds in flight. Delicate folded porcelain forms are poised on fine brass rods, rising and drifting above a richly textured jarrah wood burr base. The composition suggests a moment suspended in time—birds wheeling, floating, and shifting in coastal air currents. Each element is individually placed, creating a sense of rhythm and lightness against the solid, organic mass of the wood below. The contrast between materials is central: smooth white porcelain and slender brass stems set against the deep, rugged grain of the burr, echoing the meeting of air and land. Delicate folded porcelain, brass and jarrah wood burr. Height: 30cm Width: 16.5cm Depth: 15.5cm To enquire about this piece or arrange a studio visit, contact me.
