Introducing Rigel: Orion's brightest star, a stunning blue supergiant and one of the brightest stars visible from Earth. Its name, derived from Arabic, means "left leg of the giant," referencing the mythological hunter Orion. This massive star outshines others in the sky, captivating observers with its intense blue-white light.

Each piece of porcelain is individually press-moulded onto plaster moulds of origami-folded fabric.

The mount and frame is custom made, hand-painted and edged with oak.
