Sunlight on the Water

​The soft shimmer of sunlight dancing across the water, wave tops sparkling. It’s a peaceful, almost hypnotic view, with each crest catching the light in a slightly different way, creating a rhythmic play of reflections.

Multiple shades of yellow porcelain mounted on a rectangle of blue. Each piece is made painstakingly by hand - the raw porcelain is coloured with body stain, then pressed onto an origami mould to create the ripple.
