Reminiscent of allium, agapanthus and echinops flower heads. Folded porcelain pieces on a curved stem creating an alluring interplay of light and shadow, surface and space.
Body stains of several shades of blues and greens worked into porcelain and press moulded on origami folded linen. Painted, curved metal stem on a custom made cube of beautiful sycamore, felted to protect surfaces. Height: 47cm Width of base 14cm, width of sculpture 24cm (approx) |
