Red Iris, 2021 (SOLD)

Beautiful hand coloured soft salmon red porcelain, arranged in an overlapping tiled circle on a dark blue background. The origami facets catch the light beautifully.

Each piece of porcelain is individually press-moulded onto plaster moulds of origami-folded fabric.

The mount is custom made and hand-painted in a rich deep blue. Edged with oak.
